No, and it is deliberately out of scope rather than on a roadmap. If that is what you need, Plan to Eat does it properly and we would rather point you there than half-build it.

Plan to Eat's recipe importing is built around web recipes. Social video extraction is what Wrap is for. Check their current feature list directly — do not take a competitor's summary as final.
Can I get my recipes out of Wrap and into a planner?
Yes. Any recipe copies to the clipboard as plain text, which you can paste wherever you like. Your recipes are not locked in.
Does Wrap have a shopping list?
Yes — recipes add to a shopping list, shared ingredients merge into one line, and shopping mode orders it by aisle. It is built from recipes you picked rather than from a week's plan.
Will Wrap start charging?
